Question by : Good camera that streams live video for rc helicopter?
I want to be able to stream live video from my rc helicopter. I don't want to spend anymore than $ 50-70 dollars on it. I would prefer being able to stream live video from my andriod phone to my computer so I can see it while it records.

This is the best i could find, going any cheaper you will either get bad signal or not-so-good quality video. This will not stream to your phone, but can stream to a tv, i used to do the same with my rc truck. I simply got a small tv and put it on the porch, turned the camera on, started the engine on my rc truck, and sat down and drove. It brings a new level of control to radio control.

Remember though, the camera may only weigh a few grams, but is powered by a 9v battery, so make sure your helicopter can lift it,otherwise you may have to get a larger helicopter.

I recently tried out a mini RC helicopter that was about 20 bucks from the drugstore. It was really fun! But I'd like to get one that is a little better, perhaps has more range, higher quality, and a lot of fun. Any recommendations? I would like it to be a mini, not a standard size one.

For you skeptics who say the fish was dead, I assure you it wasn't dead. That said, I still risked my E-Flite Blade 400 for some entertainment for you (I used 3 batteries, hence the cut) as fun and challenging for me. I doubt most others would risk their 0 heli just to hover over the water, let alone dangle a line! This scenario shows it may be possible to use the Helicopter for fishing, however it would be expensive fishing. It is always terribly windy here, so on this calm day, those simple waves in the water was of no concern to a sunfish! It also helps to have lots of fish, like in our Sand Pit Pond where they bite on hooks with no bait! (actually I used fish eggs and the hook 24" from the bobber. Hey, you never know, if you don't try! ***Caution from past experience*** If the Tail rotor hits the water even slightly, it will immediately cause a crash. Big fish can drain batteries fast. It takes and hour to charge between flights of only 6 minutes, so this could be a long process to catch a fish. Sunfish are not big fighters. Fly easy and thanks for watching. About to get an Raptor Gas Helicopter. Never flown one is it hard to learn? Is the motor the same as the nitro cars? Cause have several Traxxas cars and was wondering if i had to adjust the setting like my T-Max?

We have those in Australia too.You don't bring the lithium batteries onto the plane in your carry on luggage.BTW,we DO have lithium batteries in Australia too!lol.

Question by Someone: Protocol RC Helicopter only works when its very close to the remote control?
I just purchased a Protocol TigerJet RC Helicopter that has infrared controlling. The helicopter only works if the remote control is right next to helicopter. In other words, the helicopter does nothing when the remote control is a few feet away.

Sounds defective. It reportedly should be able to fly 20-30 feet away from the controller. Make sure your batteries in the controller are fresh and the helicopter is fully charged as this can affect ability to control the aircraft.

the first one you mentioned is most definitely the better of the two, however, you say your a begginer, in that case i recommend the second one you mention
